Accessibility Statement
Last updated: August 13, 2026
ResetNYC is committed to making our website and mobile application accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and applicable requirements under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and New York State and City human-rights laws.
1. Measures We Take. We design with semantic markup, sufficient color contrast, keyboard-navigable controls, labeled forms, and text alternatives for meaningful images. We test key booking and account flows across devices and with assistive technologies.
2. Known Limitations. Some third-party content (maps, embedded media) may not fully conform. We continually work to improve compatibility and welcome feedback on specific barriers.
3. Accommodations. If you need an accommodation to book a service, access your account, or communicate with us — such as an alternative format, assistance by phone, or a longer arrival window for the cleaning itself — contact us and we will work with you to provide access.
3a. Applicants — Alternative Selection Process (NYC Local Law 144). Cleaner applicants who reside in New York City may request an alternative selection process or a reasonable accommodation in connection with our use of automated employment decision tools (AEDTs) to evaluate applications, interviews, and references. If you need an alternative to the recorded interview, an alternative to the AI-conducted reference check, or any accommodation related to the application process, contact us at hello@bookresetnyc.com before your application is evaluated. See our Cleaner Agreement for the full AEDT candidate notice.
4. Feedback. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please let us know. Include the page or feature and a brief description of the issue, and we will prioritize a fix.
5. Contact. Reach our team at hello@bookresetnyc.com.
