Referral Program Terms

The ResetNYC Referral Program lets customers and partners earn rewards for referring new customers to our cleaning services. By participating, you agree to these terms. We may modify or end the program at any time.

1. Eligibility. To participate, you must have an active ResetNYC account in good standing. Referred customers must be new to ResetNYC (no prior bookings under any email or phone number). Self-referrals and referrals within the same household are not eligible.

2. How It Works. Share your unique referral link or code. When a referred customer completes their first qualifying booking, you earn the referral reward published at the time of the referral. Reward amounts and qualifying criteria (minimum spend, eligible services) are shown in your referral dashboard and may change over time.

3. Reward Form. Referral rewards are issued as account credit or a discount on your next booking, as published in your referral dashboard. Credit has no cash value and is not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Credit does not expire for at least one (1) year from issuance.

4. Tax Liability. Referral rewards may have tax implications. You are responsible for any taxes owed on rewards received. If you earn $600 or more in referral rewards in a calendar year, we may request tax information and issue a Form 1099-MISC as required by law.

5. Fraud & Abuse. Referrals must be made to genuine personal contacts. You may not: (a) refer yourself or use multiple accounts to self-refer; (b) post your referral link on coupon sites, forums, or public advertising; (c) pay or incentivize others to use your link; or (d) use spam or unsolicited mass messaging. Violations may result in forfeiture of rewards and account suspension.

6. Conversion. A referral is counted only when the referred customer completes a qualifying first booking that is not later refunded, canceled, or charged back. If the referred customer's booking is reversed, any associated reward is also reversed.

7. No Guarantee. We do not guarantee that any referral will result in a reward. Reward availability depends on the referred customer completing a qualifying booking and the program remaining active.

8. Professional Referrers. If you operate as a business or partner referring customers to ResetNYC, separate partner-referral terms may apply and are governed by our Terms of Service and any signed partner agreement, which control over these terms in the event of a conflict.

9. Governing Law. These terms are governed by New York law. Disputes are resolved under the dispute resolution terms in our Terms of Service.
