DMCA / Takedown Policy
Last updated: August 26, 2026
ResetNYC Cleaning Services LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our platform to do the same. If you believe that content on our platform — including cleaner profile photos, job before/after photos, or any other user-generated content — infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown request under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
1. How to Submit a Takedown Notice. To file a DMCA notice, send a written communication to our designated copyright agent that includes ALL of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works).
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the URL or specific location on our platform where it appears.
- Your contact information — name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
2. Designated Copyright Agent. Send DMCA notices to legal@bookresetnyc.com with the subject line DMCA Takedown Request. We will process and respond to valid notices within 10 business days. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.
3. Counter-Notification. If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification with your contact information, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake. We will forward the counter-notice to the original complainant and may restore the content within 10–14 business days unless we receive notice of legal action.
4. False Claims. Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability. Do not submit a takedown request unless you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
