Call Recording & Communications Notice

Last updated: August 26, 2026

Call Recording. For quality assurance, training, compliance, and dispute resolution, ResetNYC may record phone calls between you and our team or our AI assistant. New York is a one-party consent state, meaning only one party to the call needs to consent to the recording. By calling us or accepting a call from us, you consent to being recorded. If you do not wish to be recorded, let the agent know at the start of the call and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, or you may communicate with us in writing via email or chat.

AI-Assisted Calls. Some calls are handled by an AI voice assistant. You have the right to request a human agent at any time during a call. AI-assisted calls may also be recorded and transcribed for the purposes above.

Text & Email Messages. By providing your phone number and email, you consent to receive transactional and, where you have separately opted in, promotional SMS and email messages. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP to texts or clicking unsubscribe in emails. Transactional messages (booking confirmations, reminders, completion notices) cannot be disabled. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your contact information.

Retention. Call recordings and transcripts are retained for a limited period consistent with operational, legal, and compliance needs, and are accessible only to authorized personnel. They are not shared with third parties except as required by law or to resolve a dispute.
