Recurring Booking & Auto-Renewal Terms

These terms govern recurring cleaning bookings made through ResetNYC, operated by RESET NYC CLEANING SERVICES LLC. By selecting a recurring (weekly, biweekly, monthly, or custom) cleaning, you authorize automatic recurring charges as described below. These terms are provided in compliance with New York General Business Law §527-A and applicable automatic-renewal laws.

1. How Recurring Bookings Work. When you select a recurring cleaning, you agree to a series of cleanings at the cadence you choose (weekly, biweekly, monthly, or custom). Each occurrence is automatically scheduled and charged to your payment method on file at the then-current price, unless you cancel or skip an occurrence as described below.

2. Clear Consent. By checking the recurring-booking box at checkout, you expressly consent to: (a) the recurring cleaning cadence you selected, (b) automatic charges to your payment method for each occurrence, and (c) the cancellation terms described below. Your consent is recorded with a timestamp at the time of booking.

3. Pricing. Recurring bookings receive a recurring-service discount as published on the service page. The price for each occurrence is the then-current service price less any recurring discount. We may adjust prices with advance notice; you will be notified by email and/or SMS before any price change takes effect, and you may cancel before the change applies.

4. Cancellation. You may cancel the entire recurring series or skip individual occurrences at any time. To cancel the series: go to your dashboard, select the recurring booking, and click "Cancel Series" — or contact us at hello@bookresetnyc.com. To skip an occurrence: go to your dashboard, select the upcoming occurrence, and click "Skip." Cancellations of individual occurrences follow the timing rules in our Cancellation Policy (free up to 24 hours before; fees may apply within 24 hours).

5. Reminder Notices. Before each recurring charge, we send a reminder by email and/or SMS that includes the upcoming appointment date, the amount to be charged, and instructions for canceling or skipping. This notice is sent at least 3 days before the scheduled appointment unless you are on a weekly cadence, in which case it is sent at least 1 day before.

6. Payment Method. You must maintain a valid payment method on file. If a charge fails, we will notify you and attempt to re-charge. If the payment method remains invalid, the upcoming occurrence may be canceled without penalty to you.

7. No Long-Term Obligation. Recurring bookings are not contracts for a minimum term. You may cancel at any time without a cancellation fee beyond the per-occurrence timing rules in our Cancellation Policy. You are never locked in.

8. Acknowledgment. By enrolling in a recurring booking, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms, that your consent is being recorded electronically, and that you may withdraw consent by canceling at any time.

9. Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect. Continued participation in a recurring series after changes constitutes acceptance.
